Another truckload of cold-formed steel roof trusses ready to hit the road for the Warrenton Assisted Living project in Warrenton, VA! This new 90-room assisted living home will accommodate up to 100 residents on five acres, located behind the Warrenton Horse Show grounds in Warrenton.

Just ask Our Lady of Grace Parish, in Aurora, Ontario, as they’ve removed the old, wood scissor trusses and replaced them with our cold-formed steel Ultra-Span Roof Trusses. Provided by VanderWal Homes & Commercial Group, the trusses will help with longevity of the building.

The University of Denver is using Aegis Metal Framing solutions in their new First Year Residence Hall as part of the Diamond Family Residential Village project. The project utilizes Aegis’ (a division of MiTek) cold-formed steel (CFS) truss solution, to screen the mechanical equipment on the roof and provide a creative architecturally sustainable roofing solution.
